Control what your assistant can access
Create a named key with selected permissions and an expiry. Revoke it from settings. Access is limited to your company and stops when the Max subscription is no longer eligible.

A connection you authorise
An administrator creates the connection in Settings → AI agents and protection. Use the MCP endpoint with a compatible client, the downloadable local bridge, or the JSON API.
Your selected assistant may process the information it retrieves. Check its hosting, retention and contractual terms before granting access to candidate data. aiKip does not choose an external AI provider for you.
Protect your public career site
Available on every plan, career protection is enabled by default and can be disabled by an administrator. It blocks identified AI crawlers, limits traffic and requires an email verification code before an application.
An agent can disguise its identity or access an email inbox. These checks reduce automated abuse; they cannot guarantee that every visitor is human. Authorised API access and public applications follow separate rules.
Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes the API and MCP?
Only Max, including an eligible Max trial. Starter and Pro do not include agent access. Career-site protection is available on all plans.
Can my assistant make hiring decisions automatically?
The connection supports recruiting work and factual comparisons. Hiring or rejection decisions require explicit human direction; an assistant’s output should be reviewed.
Does every Claude or Codex interface support the connection?
Use a client that supports MCP with a bearer key, or a local MCP client with the supplied Node.js bridge. Interfaces that require an OAuth connector cannot use this key-based connection directly.
