From an ATS export to aiKip
Teamtailor and Recruitee offer CSV exports. Workable’s candidate CSV does not include CV files. Greenhouse reports may be supplied as an older Excel format: save them as .xlsx or CSV before uploading. Export scope and permissions depend on your previous provider.
The assistant suggests common column names and lets you adjust every mapping. These are file-based migration guides, not certified integrations or connections to those services. CVs and history can only be recovered when your export or separate files actually contain them.
A clear boundary between history and new applications
Migration does not send application confirmations or rejection emails, automatically analyse candidates or add talent-pool consent. Your company handles any necessary information to candidates separately.
Upload up to 2,000 rows / 4 MB per batch. Attach up to 500 CVs in uploads of 10 MB. Drafts and unused files expire after 24 hours. Original dates must fall within the last 24 months; importing does not restart retention. Active-candidate plan limits still apply.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an API key or access to my old account?
aiKip only needs the exported files. You or an authorised colleague export them from your old tool first. No API key or platform connection is requested.
Does the import include CVs and messages?
Attach CVs separately if your table does not contain files. Internal notes and tags can be mapped from columns. Email conversations, attachments absent from your export and the full event history are not reconstructed.
What happens to duplicates?
The preview identifies repeated candidates for the same destination job. An existing application is skipped rather than overwritten. Applications for different jobs remain separate.
Which plan includes importing?
File-based historical imports are available on Starter, Pro and Max. Your active-candidate limits remain applicable; completed applications do not use active capacity.
