From the client’s need to the presentation
Create the client record, add contacts and link an assignment. A private assignment stays off the career site. Search the talent pool for profiles already known to your agency, respecting their permissions.
Prepare the information to share in a presentation. The candidate approves that version before sharing; any new version requires its own approval. Access can be withdrawn.
Track placements and fees
A placement links the candidate and assignment. Commercial tracking separates expected amounts, due dates and money received to give you an overview of the agency’s activity.
This tracking does not produce accounting invoices or manage payroll or temporary employment contracts. Internal colleagues work in the same workspace; the portal restricts clients to presentations shared with them.

Are invoicing and payroll included?
No. Fee tracking helps you manage the agency’s activity; it does not replace invoicing or payroll software.
