In practice
A library connected to your recruitment
Profiles come from applications and authorised additions in your workspace. Results stay within your company; this is not a database shared across aiKip customers.
CSV import provides a preview, column mapping and per-row results. It is limited to 100 rows and 1 MB, requires lawful-collection attestation and informs imported candidates.
Contact that respects candidate choices
Applying for a role and joining a talent pool are separate choices. New-opportunity invitations require separate talent-pool consent and no opt-out.
Prepare a message for a published job with up to 200 recipients per send. Anyone becoming ineligible between preparation and delivery is excluded.
Frequently asked questions
Can I contact every former candidate?
No. New-opportunity notifications are reserved for people who agreed to join the talent pool and have not opted out.
Is the library shared with other companies?
No. Each company has its own scope. Other aiKip customers cannot access your profiles.
