Internal notes, drafts and team evaluations are not displayed in this journey. You choose the information and messages intended for candidates.
From appointments to preferences
Candidates select a proposed time or request other availability. The location, meeting link or instructions remain available after confirmation.
They can withdraw an application and download their data through the provided controls. People presented to an agency client also have presentation history and revocation controls.

Do candidates need to create a password?
No. They request an access link by email. Their individual application tracking link also remains available.
Can they see applications to other companies?
The space is company-specific. Data is not combined across aiKip customers.
