What you can expect

Understand the reasons behind the score

The summary and criteria provide context. Concerns are points to check or discuss in an interview, not a conclusion about a person.

Organise your reading

Sort by score, arrival date or time in stage. Every application remains available regardless of its score.

Keep the decision human

Analysis does not reject, select or move candidates by itself. Decisions rely on your review and conversations.

Visible criteria

For a job application, analysis considers skills, experience, education and available motivation evidence. Weights are fixed and public; the overall score is computed from those four results.

Spontaneous applications are analysed in company context because no specific role was selected. Read their summary in that context.

An aid with limitations

An incomplete CV, unusual wording or misread information can affect the result. The score measures neither a person’s worth nor their future success in your team. It may change when analysis is repeated.

Explicit identity fields such as name, gender and photo are not used to score the profile. CV text can still contain indirect clues: these precautions do not guarantee freedom from bias. Check the application and never base a decision on the score alone.

Your company controls its use

An administrator can disable application analysis in settings. Teams retain application tracking, notes, conversations and interviews.

The transparency page explains AI behaviour and limitations. Candidate information shown before submission is versioned and acknowledgement is recorded.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change the criteria weights?

No. The four weights are shared and published. Your job-writing context does not alter them.

Can a low score trigger rejection?

No. aiKip does not make automated hiring decisions. The recruiter reviews the application and decides what happens next.

Can I recruit without scoring?

Yes. An administrator can disable CV analysis and scoring for the company. The rest of application tracking remains available.
