In practice
A clear reply channel
The email invites the candidate to open the conversation in their space. They reply there, in the context of the application. aiKip does not synchronise replies arriving in an Outlook mailbox.
Read indicators are shared by the team. Incoming messages are marked read when the conversation is displayed, not just when the application opens.
Templates that remain personal
Create templates for general messages, interviews, offers and rejections. Available variables include first name, last name, job and company.
Review before sending. Drafts remain available across tabs and when a save or send fails.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to connect my mailbox?
No. Conversations happen in aiKip. Emails provide notifications; no external mailbox is synchronised.
Can other recruiters follow the conversation?
Authorised company members can see the conversation on the application. Their role restrictions still apply.
