The aiKip service is intended exclusively for professionals (B2B). The provisions of the French Consumer Code on consumer mediation do not apply. Disputes are governed by French law; the jurisdiction clause in the Terms of Sale applies only where article 48 of the French Code of Civil Procedure permits it.
