2. Location and transfers
Candidate data and AI processing stay in the European Union. Application infrastructure is hosted by Scaleway in fr-par. aiKip does not use AWS, Azure or Google Cloud for candidate data.
3. Security controls
- TLS in transit and Scaleway managed storage and database services.
- Tenant-scoped queries, role-based access and revocable sessions.
- Secrets outside the repository, authenticated scheduled jobs and PII-free metrics.
- Managed backups and a verified restoration procedure.
4. GDPR
- Versioned candidate notice before submission and documented lawful basis.
- Separate, revocable consent for the optional talent pool.
- Export, withdrawal, automatic anonymisation and documented retention.
5. Artificial intelligence
CV parsing and scoring are decision-support tools. Criteria and weights are published, no hiring decision is automated, and an administrator can disable all candidate AI for the workspace. Completed analyses remain traceable and re-enabling causes no retroactive processing.
6. Contractual documents
This pack describes the current service. Binding commitments are those in the DPA and applicable terms.
