aiKip is built for French SMBs that care about the sovereignty of their data. No data leaves the territory of the European Union, and no subprocessor is subject to extra-territorial legislation such as the CLOUD Act or FISA 702.

Why not a hyperscaler cloud?

US hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure) are subject to the CLOUD Act, which lets US authorities demand access to their customers' data, even when stored in the EU. This obligation directly conflicts with the GDPR for sensitive data such as a CV.

By choosing Scaleway, a French company with French capital, aiKip guarantees that only French and European law applies to your data.

French AI model

Application scoring and CV analysis use Mistral Medium, a model developed by Mistral AI (a French company) and hosted in France by Scaleway. Neither OpenAI, Anthropic nor Google receive your data.

Contractual commitments

• No subprocessing outside the EU
• No international data transfer
• Proactive notification if a subprocessor change is considered
• Full data export available at any time
